Born in the idyllic village of Inagh, County Clare, Ireland, Chef Paul Irish's story commenced amidst the natural wonders of his homeland. The scenic magnificence of the Cliffs of Moher and the lush Irish landscapes served as the backdrop to his earliest culinary inspirations. Working on the family subsistence farm in Inagh and using only the freshest produce off their land, his palate was introduced to the flavours of Ireland. This rich tapestry would blend seamlessly with the diversity of European cuisine.
